LAB MATERIAL/HOME PRACTICE

Hello sts! You can get a copy of a cd featuring our lab material at the Centro de Estudiantes de Humanidades (CEH),so that you can upload stuff to any device (phones, notebooks, ipods, tablets) and listen to it anywhere. For reading aloud, recording your voice and listening to it at home, you can download a super-easy to operate programme called "Audacity" http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/ Best Laura

Future Readings

Dear sts

Please read the following material for April 14th:
"University of Leeds School of Education- Phonetics and Phonology" by Peter Roach.

If your copy is blurred, ask for a new one at Carpe Diem. I sent them a better one yesterday.

Also go over "Speech sounds and their production" and "The Description and Classification of Speech Sounds". We'll be working with these textbook chapters from your Reading Material Booklet in future lessons.
