As for the written exam is concerned, these are the topics:
1. General features of English consonants (account for each of them in depth)
2. Formal description of English diphthongs
3. Comparison between English and Spanish vowels and diphthongs
Susan
PS You can join the Monday group for practice on the 14th, since I have a board of final exams on Tuesday 15th and I won't be teaching my Tuesday lesson.
Thank you.
Take care,
Susan

"Comparison between English and Spanish vowels and diphthongs"?
Is this topic in the notebook? because we never talked about it in class, nor formal description of consonants in depth whatsoever, as it should be. We just saw a few consonants, and watched the whole list in one single class and that was it.
Best regards and hoping for a reply.
As regards your queries, no FORMAL description of consonants will be
asked, only the GENERAL FEATURES worked in class in different lessons- just like place and manner of articulation, voicing so on and so forth.
With respect to the other topic I posted, "Comparison between English and Spanish vowels and diphthongs", this is not in any notebook. Which notebook are you referring to? In fact, the topic is going to be discussed next week.
I believe, you might've been absent to several classes since the
practical aspect of consonants in particular was carried out in different occasions even with diagrams.Check your booklet.
To conclude,I'd appreciate it very much if you signed your comments in the future as we all do.
Best,
Susan
